A refreshing summer drink with lots of lovely Vitamin C.
1 bowl of frozen fruit (I used forest fruits this time, but raspberries actually give a better flavour).
Juice of 2 lemons
50 ml sugar
2 litres water
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
use with sparkling water or lemonade as a cordial. It is also nice mixed with mint tea as a hot drink.
