A delicious breakfast smoothie that keeps B-G happy (chocolate!) and Mummy happy (lots of lovely nutrients and Omega 3s).
4 tablespoons frozen mixed berries (The Sainsbury’s own brand has a lovely mix of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.)
1 chopped banana
1 pint soy milk
1 level tablespoon ground flax seeds (Omega 3s!-Available widely in supermarkets and health food stores)
1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder.
Serve. This makes enough for two to share.
